No. Watches on the UK site are shipped into the United Kingdom. The price and the shipping fee do not include UK import duties, VAT, or carrier brokerage fees. HM Revenue & Customs or the carrier sets those charges. You pay them to the carrier or to HMRC, not to PICONO. PICONO does not collect these charges and does not refund them, including if you later return the watch. If you refuse the package or do not pay the duty, the order is not canceled and the purchase price is not refunded. The 2–4 day and 1–3 day estimates are transit times and do not include time held in customs.

Eligible watches have a 7-day review period. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase. Straps and outlet items are excluded.

Watches include a 2-year manufacturer warranty on internal components. You pay round-trip shipping for repairs, including in-warranty service.

We do not exchange a watch for a different model in the same parcel. Return the eligible watch within the review period above, then place a new order. After we receive the return, the refund goes back to the original PayPal payment. You pay the return postage unless we sent the wrong item or a defective one.
